Using the services of Harrier National, Subaru Waitara is pleased to offer our customers a comprehensive roadside assist package. This package offers a nation wide emergency breakdown program with over 1400 service providers in the network, on call 24 hours, 7 days a week delivering peace of mind motoring with quality road rescue services. Emergency assistance phone numbers call direct to a central control room, not an answering service.

Once you have registered a call to the central control room, a technician will be dispatched to your location to get you mobile again. The following common issues can be rectified in a minimum of time:

• Flat Battery - Vehicle will be jump started on the driver’s request.
• Flat Tyre – Vehicle’s spare wheel will be fitted.
• Out of fuel - Minimum 5 litres of unleaded fuel supplied at drivers cost. LPG/Diesel vehicles transported to fuel supply.
• Locked / Lost keys - Vehicle access: up to $77 covered.

If your vehicle is unable to be quickly mechanically repaired or safely driven, the vehicle, including the driver if applicable, will be taken to our service centre (if within 50 km). Alternatively, the vehicle will be transported to the nearest authorised service.
